Erica is the Operations Director and one of the Home Managers in a therapeutic residential service for young people, and is an accredited NVR practitioner. She has been employed in the field of Health and Social Care for over 30 years, gaining experience of working with young people on the autism spectrum, street/homeless young people, and ex-offenders as well as looked after young people with EBSD.
Erica has embedded NVR therapeutic approaches in the work of the entire team of the residential service.
