Terms and Conditions

For booking on workshops and training programmes

Once you complete and return a booking form you will be liable for the whole fee (whether payment has been received or not) unless we receive written notification of cancellation at least 21 days before the event. An admin fee of £50 will be charged to process the refund. Verbal/telephone cancellations will not be accepted, but you can nominate a colleague to attend in your place. You will not be able to start training unless full payment for the course (or a valid purchase order from your employer) has been received prior to commencement of the course. Should there be a difficulty involved in making payment, please contact us under the email address above. Please note that PartnershipProjects UK Ltd can accept no liability for costs or inconvenience incurred by delegates should we need to cancel an event for reasons outside of our control, such as illness of the presenter or low numbers of booked places; however we will do everything within our power to ensure that this does not happen.

Our eligibility criteria identifies the entry requirements for each training course or workshop; please read these carefully and ensure you meet the minimum requirements. PartnershipProjects reserves the right to refuse entry to any training course or workshop, or to ask for further clarification on a participants reason’s for attending, as we feel is appropriate.

All bookings must be made via our online booking system, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
