For physical items purchased, e.g. Handbooks, Manuals or Confirmation of Attendance Certificates – these items are printed to order therefore we do not accept returns. If your order arrives late, damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at 

From order confirmation please allow 14 working days for your order to arrive (UK). For delivery outside of the UK, please allow 21 working days. Your order will be confirmed by us, and then our designated courier will email you directly with tracking information. All orders purchased will be shipped with tracking. Please ensure to check spam folders, in case any emails miss the inbox. 


If you are eligible for a refund, this will either be refunded directly to your original payment method, or we can arrange a bank transfer. Please allow 7 working days for the monies to enter your account. If you haven’t received monies after this time, please contact
