NVR Together – Licensed Train the Trainer (TtT) Programme for Organisations & Agencies
You are never alone with NVR Together
Due to popular demand, we are now launching our exciting NVR Together Licensing programme.
This new initiative will be the very first of its kind in the UK (and as far as we know anywhere else) that offers a truly one-to-one mentorship programme for NVR Professionals trained to Advanced Level / NVRA Level 2 or equivalent.
It offers a truly unique opportunity for those highly skilled and experienced NVR Professionals to go to the next step – that of Licensed In-House Trainer within their organisation, whilst having the assurance of a company like PartnershipProjects behind them.

What is so unique & exciting about it?
– This will be an exclusive collaboration between us and your organisation – meaning that once the trainer has reached the required competency level, they can train staff in-house (to Foundation Level / NVRA Level 1), thereby removing any cost barrier to quality NVR training in organisations.
– We will work extremely closely with the budding trainer – to develop all the skills they need to confidently teach NVR Foundation Level (NVRA Level 1). They will be treated like a valued member of our own training team and will receive one-to-one mentorship from one of our Directors.
– We will provide membership of our NVR Together platform, along with ongoing support and advice, plus discounts on workshops and ongoing personal development for your trainer/s and your teams.
– We will provide all the training materials and resources that participants will ever need – plus we will even add your own organisation’s logo to these if you wish.
– All NVR training provided in-house will be CPD Accredited & NVRA Accredited
– We will even provide administration around Attendance Confirmations and CPD points – so your staff do not have to take on any additional administrative responsibilities.

What will be required of suitable candidates?
Becoming a Licenced NVR Trainer is not simply a case of training someone in the basics of how to train. They need to feel completely comfortable and confident with the material they are being asked to deliver, able to answer questions as they arise, deal with pushbacks, layer the learning as they go along, explore role-plays etc – so that their trainees get the best possible grounding in NVR, and come away from the training feeling ready to practice NVR.
- Individuals who wish to become a Licenced NVR trainer within their organisation will need to have completed the PartnershipProjects Advanced Level Certificate, which includes successful assessment of their Coursework (NVRA Level 2 or equivalent). See our Eligibility section below for further details.
- They will need to familiarise themselves fully with our eLearning Modular (ELM) modular training and the resources it offers.
- They will be required to attend four days of face-to-face training with PartnershipProjects Accredited trainers.
- On the first two days, they will be guided through the Foundation Level modules and supported to feel comfortable and confident with the material that they will go on to deliver.
- At the end of the first two days, they will be assigned a module that they will be required to teach in order to gain their license.
- Participants will return two weeks later, for a further two days face-to-face, where they will each teach the module they have prepared to the trainers and to their peers.
- They will be given verbal and written feedback, after which, providing they have met the required competencies, they will be given the license to train within their organisation, and become a Licenced In-House Trainer.
- They will be assigned a mentor and given ongoing access to all of the training resources and materials through our NVR Together membership scheme.
When we are sure that the participants are competent to deliver training by themselves, we would then authorise them to deliver training within their organisation using all of our materials under license. All whilst receiving FREE ongoing support and advice as needed from their mentor.
Note: You might want to consider training two people at the same time, so that you have more security & continuity going forward. Personally, we always deliver the training in pairs as it is a lot for one person to deliver alone.
Eligibility
- All individuals undertaking the course need to have completed their Advanced Level, NVRA Level 2 (or equivalent).
- All individuals need to belong to a larger organisation / agency / local authority, who will hold the NVR Together Licence.
- All interested participants must complete an NVR Together Pre-Screening Questionnaire (PSQ).
- All interested participants and their service leads will be required to attend an exploratory meeting with a PP Director.
- Ideally, where possible, we recommend training at least two individuals (we always train in pairs) to become NVR licensed trainers.
- It is recommended that organisations run an internal recruitment process to identify the best candidates. We can support and advise you with this.
- A training qualification or the ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, experience and skills are desirable but not essential.
The Licensing Process
There will be 3 elements to the licensing process, these are briefly as follows:
- The training and licensing of the individual Trainer who will gain a membership login of our NVR Together website and access to all our CPD & NVRA accredited resources. The trainer will receive their ‘Licence to Train’ upon successful completion of their training.
- The licensing of the Organisation to use our Intellectual Property. There is a low annual fee of £500 per organisation (an additional £100 will be charged per year for each additional user / login). This covers the NVR Together Membership and ongoing mentorship. The first year’s annual fee will need to be paid, and the Licence signed prior to any training being provided. Ongoing fees will need to be paid to keep access to resources and IP going forward.
- There is also a nominal fee payable for each staff member trained going forward. This covers their access to our eLearning Module (ELM) which is mandatory for each participant. The ELM provides a host of award-winning resources and information, and also allows us to award CPD points and administer their certificates, etc.
