NVR Talent

As a dynamic organisation we are always on the lookout for talented and committed individuals to join our community of freelance NVR Practitioners. To become an Associate for PartnershipProjects you will already be a highly experienced and fully Accredited NVR Practitioner with the Non Violent Resistance Association (NVRA). However, if you are able to evidence excellent NVR skills and experience then we are happy to consider applications from individuals qualified to at least Advanced Level, ideally having obtained your Advanced Certificate in NVR Practice, or at least be working towards it.

We have a number of opportunities that maybe of interest. All are part-time, self-employed roles which offer very competitive rates of pay, working within a tight-knit team of passionate NVR professionals. NVR Trainer (part-time Freelance role) – specifically sought at this time!

Are you interested in developing into a much sought after PartnershipProjects NVR Trainer? In order to do this you would need to join us as a Co-Pilot (see below) and learn the skills required to provide training both online and in-person. We would also require and expect any successful candidate to become a fully Accredited NVR Practitioner with the Non Violent Resistance Association (NVRA).

We are particularly looking for individuals in certain areas of the UK where we are currently under-represented so that we can offer more local F2F training where possible.

Are you interested in developing your NVR practice? Perhaps you would like to consider working towards becoming an NVR trainer – to train other professionals to use NVR with families or within their settings?

We are always keen to hear from individuals who have completed Advanced Level training and who are working towards submitting their coursework to gain the PartnershipProjects Advanced Certificate in NVR Practice or those who have already gained their Certificate to join our team of trainers as a Co-Pilot. Download the job description for full details but essentially it is to work alongside an experienced NVR Trainer to help them navigate ONLINE training in the first instance, moving onto Face to Face (F2F) training when ready if you wish.

You will need to be competent in using Zoom, have excellent communication skills and be able to commit to at least 2 consecutive days per month. NVR Practitioner (part-time Freelance role)

We are always keen to hear from Accredited NVRA Practitioners to join our team as a PartnershipProjects Associate. We are also interested in hearing from individuals who have done their Advanced training and obtained their PartnershipProjects Advanced Certificate in NVR Practice or are working towards it. This role will entail working with families both Online and F2F as required. We are particularly looking for individuals in certain areas of the UK where we are currently under-represented so that we can offer more local, in-person NVR sessions where appropriate.
