Rebecca Jones
Systemic and Family Psychotherapist & NVR Practitioner
Rebecca is a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist who has been working alongside children and families for 27 years. She has a background in Social Work, working across youth justice, children’s mental health, services for children with disabilities and children impacted by abuse and trauma. Since 2014, Rebecca has focused her time working alongside adoptive, fostering and special guardianship families, working to support and strengthen relationships, resources and resilience. Rebecca also values and enjoys supporting the learning and development of others. She currently delivers groups and training and has recently tutored at the Institute of Family Therapy.
Rebecca trained in NVR with PartnershipProjects in 2016, recognising the value NVR could bring to families during challenging times, offering opportunities for hope, strength, reconnection, stability and change. Rebecca is a strong and passionate advocate for NVR and the difference it can bring. Within her NVR practice, Rebecca also weaves in knowledge and skills from her systemic training and learning from her experiences of working alongside families impacted by trauma.
